Regulation by Litigation Event - March 17:

Next Tuesday, March 17, the Case Western Reserve University School of Law's Center for Business Law and Regulation and the Federalist Society are co-sponsoring a luncheon on "Regulation by Litigation: Boon or Bane?" in Washington, D.C. The event centers on a new book, Regulation by Litigation by sometime VC guest blogger, Andrew P. Morriss (University of Illiniois), Bruce Yandle (Clemson), and Andrew Dorchak (Case Western). The event will feature remarks by the books authors, followed by commentary from David Vladeck (Georgetown) and former EPA General Counsel Roger Martella, Jr. (Sidley Austin).
