In keeping with the spellcheck theme, I presume the painting was done by John James Autobahn.

Hee-hee!

I call fake!

I think that's not a real picture. I just can't put my finger on what's wrong . . .

Isn't it blasphemy to post a picture of it?

I was kind of bored, so I took the liberty of cleaning it up slightly.

Cant' post an img tag, so I'll link it.

I want one!

I saw many of these creatures in the woods where I used to gallop my horse in NY back in the 1970s.

Ben P: Excellent, thanks! I'll post it in the Facebook group.

The picture is clearly fake but accurate

Can you get some Danish newspapers to publish it?

Photoshop. Definitely. It's *really* well done, but if you look closely at the shadow in the southwest quadrant and run some complex image-processing software on it, there's a small discrepancy between the shadow and the actual figure. Not noticeable by the casual observer, but quite obvious to experts. It's those small little details that are so hard to fake. Otherwise it's a brilliant job, certain to fool even the most hardened skeptic.

This is a photoshop. I can tell by the pixels and having seen numerous shops in my time.

Does the MQM support Ron Paul for president? He has raised over 7.5 mil at this point.

Interesting comment on Volokh readers. When you join a facebook group, it tells you "people who belong to this group also belong to..." the following groups:

- A Stephen Colbert for pres group
- A group called "Che was a murderer and your t shirt is not cool
- An anti-eminent domain group (how nerdy!)
- A pro Milton Friedman group
- A Ron Paul for pres group

Strikes me as a pretty accurate reflection of what I read here on a day to day basis.

From my Onion calendar today:

Voice Recognition Software Yelled At: New York: Fidelity Financial Services' Gwen Watson, 33, shouted angrily at her IBM ViaVoice Pro USB voice-recognition software, sources close to the human-resources administrator reported Monday. "No, not Gary Friedman! Barry Friedman you stupid computer. BARRY!" Watson was heard to scream from her cubical "Jesus Christ, I could've typed it in a hundredth of the time." After another minute of yelling, Waston was further incensed upon looking at her screen, which read, "Barley Freedman you God ram plucking pizza ship!"

That's nothing. Here in Arizona we have jackalopes. Jack rabbits with antelope heads. Very fast and nasty in the attack.

Hoosier:
Dave Hardy—These were Top Secret during the late Cold War. But I think they've phased them out. Maybe your jackalopes were a prototype?

Yes, we have all had these days...LOL

Or, you're speaking to the computer (mine is Dragon NaturallySpeaking V9.0), and people walk by talking, and the computer TAKES ON A LIFE OF ITS OWN!
