I'm delighted to say that the Legal Affairs Debate Club will feature a debate next week about my forthcoming article, Searches and Seizures in a Digital World. I have just posted a reworked and revised draft of the article, available here; the article is about how the Fourth Amendment should apply to government searches of personal computers. I will be joined in the debate by Professor Susan Brenner of the University of Dayton Law School. Susan and I will start our debate on Monday and go through the rest of the week.
