Public apprehension is growing that the U.S. economy will suffer a “double dip” recession in 2011, just as the Great Depression recovery relapsed in 1937.
This time it could be worse. Spending could collapse, due to either
- runaway stagflation, or

I believe there is one best way to prevent that catastrophe, whether it be inflationary or deflationary.
That way is to establish the PRIVATE(tm) GOLD STANDARD in the United States.
The Private Gold Standard is a monetary system in which constant dollar stability is leveraged into optimum economic expansion, by means of private grants of new gold to small business entrepreneurs.
But The Private Gold Standard entails injection of more gold into the economy than conventional mining can provide.
So I propose to produce this gold by a cost-effective application of the proven process of Nuclear Transmutation,
(the process of turning lead into gold in an atom smasher),
called LASER(tm) GOLD PROPAGATION:
(use of the laser frequency of the strong nuclear force to change lead to gold).

OF LASER GOLD PROPAGATION
While it is certainly possible to make gold in a nuclear reactor –
- George Noory’s KFI radio program COAST TO COAST AM recently featured nuclear transmutation –
- and nuclear transmutation has been achieved by famous physicists such as Soddy, Rutherford and Seaborg –
- to date THE COST HAS ALWAYS EXCEEDED THE VALUE OF THE GOLD PRODUCED, because atom smashers are so expensive to build and operate.
Laser Gold Propagation is a new and PROFITABLE way to turn lead into gold.
“Laser” means Light (actually any form of electromagnetic energy) Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation.
Laser Gold Propagation substitutes lasers for atom smashers. It is easier and cheaper to build, and safer to run. And its only operating expenses are for an operator, lead and electricity.
Laser Gold Propagation is an application of Einstein’s well-known and universally accepted energy-mass equivalence equation, E=mc2, which sets forth the wave structure of matter (WSM): matter is condensed energy.
Laser Gold Propagation entails irradiation of lead with the frequency of the strong nuclear force (SNF, the force that overrides proton repulsion and binds protons into nuclei), in a Laser Gold Propagator(tm) appliance.
Due to the high frequencies involved, a series of progressively phase-shifted fractional frequencies may be employed, culminating in the SNF frequency.
The irradiating laser SNF frequency is to be out of phase with the target nuclear SNF fields. “As the circumstances accompanying the 203 years between introduction and ratification of the 27th Amendment in 1992 demonstrated, documentation of each and every state action taken under the provisions of Article V can be critically important centuries later. However, there is no public central repository of documents relating to the Article V applications from states. Congress itself has no uniform procedure in place for handling of the states’ Article V applications.

Researchers often experience a great deal of frustration when delving into Article V topics. Many documents are available in differing versions, with different citations. Large portions of those documents are often not found the common database services used by researchers. Dreaded parentheticals such as “unpublished manuscript in the Senate library” or “staff report to House Judiciary Committee” often require Herculean efforts to overcome for anyone who needs to review the source documents.

Like many other areas of historical research, Article V researchers will often accumulate a lot of materials and notes in their research — most of which never make it into the final product. However, these materials can be invaluable to someone else on a similar research trail. As one of those researchers, I eventually found my own accumulation of documents and notes related to this endeavor demanded an indexing and retrieval system significantly more sophisticated than the dog-eared file folders, index cards, and color-coded highlighters I had used to date. The 9/11 scenario is on the way!

America was founded on a date that has Masonic ceremonial significance: July 4th – 7/4: the date was CHOSEN to begin America. On 7/7/2005 four bombs went off in London for the same reason. Even Christmas capitalizes on the principal, as it is 7 days from the New Year. It’s also the reason the week ends on “Saturn’s (the 7th body of the solar system)” day & the week begins on the “weekend” to bring continuance (instead of an end) past the 7th day: the week ends “after” the next week has begun, therefore continuance. What does it mean? My inexperience at explaining metaphysical ceremonies no one wants, nor should be told of shows.
There is no way that anyone knowingly lighting candles for anyone else won’t become a candle-slave.

The “G” note is a reference to Nitrogen, the 7th element. They are actually the same thing. Nitrogen is 80% of the air & wind energy (matter in motion) has properties that are attractive enough that every nation has a flag to ceremonially tap into those energies: thee energies of “AFTER”&”THEE END.” Nitrogen: the “energy” of not just the future, but also after “the end.” Nitrogen is of explosives – the physical manifestation of being the 1st & 4most to survive “THEE END.” Nitrogen: “THEE END” but also “After.” Thusly it performs the position of guardian, preventing the passage of evil. THIS is what 7/11 means. Seven-Eleven isn’t just a “role” of the dice reference; it means 7/4. Four is “AFTER” as in (“yesterday” & “today” & “tomorrow”) & then “AFTER” that. This is the following moment of continuance that Gods seek for themselves with the placement of birthday celebrations: the continuance of “AFTER.” I know this is very esoteric, but bear with me, I’m trying. I have not divulged anything but a simile here, to protect those stupid by choice. It’s a secret that takes years to glean the meaning of and we have seconds here: “GO!”
OK! As “AFTER” is the 4th “OFF” (THEE END), then what follows the metaphysical use of TNT is the absence of evil: “THEE END.” 7/4 is a ceremony that takes years to learn & shuts out evil. This nation was founded with it. Evil is complaining about it like they did on 7/7/2005. The ceremony works so well that George W. Bush, who was born on 7/6 circumventing its wielding, was in London celebrating his birthday with the queen of England & company & they soireed until the bombs went off. George is the grandson of Senator Prescott Bush, this nation’s premier banker for the industrialist Fritz Thyssen. Mr. Thyssen was the owner of coal & steel mines in Germany that used death-camp labor (perhaps you’ve heard of one of their premier labor sources: Auschwitz). Mr. Thyssen financed Adolph Hitler & gifted him the mansion known as “the Brown House” that Adolph Hitler lived in & used as party headquarters. Senator Prescott Bush was the Nazi’s favorite banker & was told by American forces that as the war had been declared, there was a thing called the “Trading With The Enemy Act” that he was repeatedly demanded to honor. So the bank that Prescott founded for Fritz Thyssen was finally seized along with its assets during WWII. This info is available to anyone willing to bother as much as to Google their 2 names together. I am saying that George Bush is the Nazis favorite banker’s favorite grandkid & he partied his birthday away knowingly with the company of the queen of England until the bombs went off 7/7/2005.
How can I prove that he knew? He is building a bomb site called a library in Dallas on Dedman’s College (SMU) next to 9/11 AIRPORT (Love Field). Anyone who is a candle-slave knows. I lit candles & I quit.

The people of Chicago go downtown by the more than tens of thousands to watch the fireworks over the lake. The Sears tower & the John Hancock buildings are targeted. So is New York. I am not privy to which buildings in New York, they aren’t that obvious. In order to circumvent the effect of 7/4 there would have to be a 5th plane, as was alluded for 9/11. Where do you think would be slated for attack? I’ll save you a moment: D.C.
People, these accusations are known as fact by anyone who is a candle-slave for 10 years. The mayors of Chicago, N.Y., & D.C. & the military, the PRESIDENT, & others can be checked for their plans for that day. Try to recall how we were all told that the BATF had not reported to the WorldTradeCenter that day. I’m sure you felt, as I did, that it meant that we’d get to the bottom of it when we found out why they were absent. “W” took a month off preceding the attack after only 6 months on the job. The attack was followed by anthrax mailings to the press, the senate, & the National Enquirer. The smallest modicum of thought might be required to realize that it wouldn’t be terrorists who would target these sites; obviously done to silence these sources with threats & anthrax.
These attacks require inside help from the highest levels in order to bring about. These levels acquiesce under the guise of agreeing to the overwhelming odds. They aren’t overwhelming. They’re just very tough. The threats are offset with bribes. It’s called “Blackmail & Bribe.” It’s why & how N.Y. was bombed on 9/11. It requires that someone sells us out.
The mayor of N.Y. at the time of 9/11 was found to be around the corner from one of the subway bombs that “W” & the queen of England partied forth. He said that he had “survived a 2nd terrorist attack.” He also came to Dallas 3 days following the explosions of Industrial Blvd. in Dallas July 25, 2007. By being at the site 3 days after, he feels that he exempts himself by not being of “yesterday, today, nor tomorrow” connecting him to the explosions. He thinks that makes him “AFTER.” But he didn’t come to have a hot dog as he said. His name is on the tenant list of “Fountain Place” in Dallas. It’s the 60 story blue-green skyscraper that a failed terrorist bombing on Sept. 24th of last year was masterfully foiled by the FBI.
One of us is improving their game.
If our game has improved to the point that we actually manage to nix the whole of this warning (we’ve grown since 9/11), it would mean that I can be made out a complete liar. I think it’d be worth it. But if it goes unreported, does that mean it didn’t happen? Like nothing happened on New Year’s Eve of 2001-2002? You decide.

WILL REPUBLICANS FINALLY GO FOR THE THROAT?

With November fast approaching and Republicans on the cusp of engineering a political earthquake, I’m reminded of my father; a die-hard conservative who wasn’t turning cartwheels when the G.O.P. won 54 seats in the House and eight in the Senate in the 1994 mid-terms.

I still remember calling him on that November night 16 years ago, expecting him to be overjoyed. Instead, he said the following: “Don’t worry, the Republicans will screw this up. They’ll compromise, attempt to reach across the aisle, become moderates and allow this opportunity to slip away.”

Sure enough, the G.O.P. didn’t go for the knockout, fell for President Clinton’s phony moderate stance and nominated Bob Dole for President in 1996. A chance to nominate a true conservative who would aggressively take on terrorism, curb spending and close the borders was lost.

Another good opportunity to change the country occured in 2000, with the election of a so-called conservative named George W. Bush. But instead of leading the country into a new era of small government and limited spending, he became just the opposite; a big spending, open borders, pro-illegal alien liberal.

While I applauded Mr. Bush on his tax cuts and attempting to take on terrorists on their home turf, he was never a conservative. And leaving our borders open during a time of war is, in my opinion, an act of treason.

I was never able to understand President Bush’s refusal to seal the border, because he claimed to be a fighter in the War on Drugs. By holding his breath, stomping his feet and refusing to listen to the will of the American people, he allowed countless tons of dangerous drugs to enter our country; not to mention all of the Middle Eastern terrorists who crossed over posing as Hispanic immigrants.

Evidently, Karl Rove convinced him that allowing criminals, drugs and terrorists to flood into America was not as important as courting the hispanic vote. And if a dirty bomb goes off in a major American city? Well, it’s better than being called a racist.

My point in all this is my father was right; Republicans always manage to botch golden opportunities to seize control and change the country.

In 2008, fourteen years after my father’s prophetic prediction, the Republicans had another chance to fix the mistakes of the past and nominate a conservative to expose Barack Obama for what he is: A fraudulent, inexperienced, far left idealogue with radical associations.

Instead, the party nominated John McCain; who ran on a platform of amnesty for illegal aliens and refusing to expose Obama’s shady associations. Despite Sarah Palin’s pleas to challenge Obama on Reverend Wright, William Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn, A.C.O.R.N. and his nefarious connections to corrupt Chicago politics, McCain ignored her and ran the worst Presidential campaign in American history.

Again, my father was right.

Sixteen years after the 1994 mid-term wins, here we are again; with Republicans on the verge of sweeping Democrats out of office and taking control of both the House and Senate.

If this happens, it’s time to quit being moderate, abandon appeasement, stop compromising and cease trying to reach across the aisle. We’ll have them on the run and it will be time to step on their throats. Do things our way or suffer the consequences.

Following the mid-term wins, it will be time for conservatives to deliver the following message to President Obama:

“Mr. President, starting tomorrow, Federal Law will be enforced and our Southern border will be closed. 10,000 troops will be dispatched and the border will be sealed by next week. We also will not compromise on amnesty and citizenship will not be granted under any circumstances to people who have entered the country illegally. To become a citizen, you will have to return to your home country, file and wait in line. Anyone here illegally who violates the law, whether it be a felony or a traffic ticket, will be deported.

Also, any employer who hires an illegal will receive 30 days in county jail and a $10,000 fine. A second offense will result in one year in jail, a $20,000 fine and a revocation of their business license.

We are also going to work on repealing your government run health care plan, make the Bush tax cuts permanent, cease any further bailouts of the banking and automotive industry and back Israel 100% in their fight for survival against a nuclear armed Iran.

These demands are non-negotiable and any attempt by you or your staff to circumvent or avoid implementation will result in the American people voting you out of office in November of 2012. The people have spoken, Mr. President, and we are listening. Are you?”

Of course, what the Republican party should do and what they will do are two different things. If the mid-terms go as expected, I’m hoping conservatives will convince the RINOS to learn from the past. The policies of George W. Bush, John McCain and the rest of the moderates have failed and it’s time for Republicans to get back to their roots and defeat liberalism, not attempt to co-exist.

With the rise of the Tea Party and Americans disapproving of President Obama and his policies, I’m feeling this could be the year Republicans finally learn from their mistakes. So it was time for another call to my father to see what he thought.

After the laughter died down, he said, ”You wait and see, the Republicans will win the mid-terms and then waste another opportunity to impose their will. Then they’ll nominate another Bob Dole, George Bush, John McCain-type and get Obama re-elected. Mark my words.”

He sure knows how to rain on a parade, doesn’t he?

HAWK BITES: Yes, I’m a lifelong Lakers fan, but predicted the Celtics would win the NBA championship because of their superior defnese and toughness. Here’s to hoping I’m wrong, but I think Boston closes out the Lakers in 6….I actually watched the USA-England World Cup match and remembered why I don’t like soccer: The Americans celebrated a 1-1 tie like it was a great victory….Anyone else wonder why Bill O’Reilly and Sean Hannity never appear on each other’s shows? It seems like a no-brainer they’d do segments together and cross-promote, but I’ve never seen them together. Hmmm….I know newspapers will be out of print in a few years, but I still like thumbing through my paper in the morning and hate reading it on a computer….I read that Larry King is going to be replaced soon, which surprised me. I thought he’d retired years ago….In a shocking revelation, thesmokinggun.com revealed that the Kennedy brothers were involved in sex parties. Wow, who’d have ever suspected that?….I know he’s only had two starts, but Washington Nationals 21-year-old rookie Stephen Strasburg has incredible stuff. He’s now 2-0 and his first pitch on Sunday was clocked at 100mph….Every time I see Nancy Pelosi she looks totally confused and has no idea what she’s talking about. Reminds me of Jimmy Carter….

You write a lot about the value of the grade curve; what if I believe the curve misapplied?

In retaking a civ Pro class, I was made tgo take all three civ pro questions at one sitting, both for midterms and finals. No other student was made to do this. I argued the point, as the othder stiudents would be able to take a civ pro question, and then focus their study in the days ahead for the other two civ pro questions. It’s an advantage as well as making our testing experiences very, very different. If the testing experience was made purposefully different in a harmful way to me, why then school they be allowed to appply the class curve to my exams? Aren’t I in a test-taking experience of one, and the rest a test-taing experience of 23?

This is especially true because the school admin could have made the experience the same, giving all students the 3 civ pro questions together, just like me. It is in their right to do so — why didn’t they, they didn’t want to put the other students through that? They’d get complaints? But for me it was ok?

I do not see what ‘curve” there is, if the experiences — test questions order – was not equal, or even similar. The Ass. Dean agreed that some students find coiv pro more difficult than the other couses in 2nd year; the Civil Procedure profession, when told I was to take his race horse question all three together said, “Good luck with that.”

I asked to take them one a day, or two and one, whatever orfder the rest of the class was taking the cov pro questions, but I was denied by the Dean and the Assist Dean. Doing so would have kept the integrity of the curve!

If a C, is a C is a C, and the curve is meant to buffer the grey area of the difference between a C and say a C- or a C+, should a curve be a curve be a curve…. and an essentially consistent testing experience be required? After all, Professors, in defense of the curve system, say “all the other students took the same test, and they did — better.” But no other student took the test I took, I was a group of one.

What are the standards, if there are any, that uphold the integrity of a grading curve?
Why are curves less effective in smaller test taking groups (never mind a group of one student, compared to the experience of the other 23) ?

I say we did NOT take the same test at all, as having taken the meat and potatoes of “class actions” in Essay Q1, 23 students got to not worry so much about class actions, for Q2 and Q3…. a huge advantage — that was pointed out to the Assistand Dean in requesting to take the civ pro question with, and like, all the other students — over three days time, an hour each. Not 3 hours all at once.

Anyway, if the conditions are so vastly different, where is the value in the curve?
What are they comparing, apples to oranges?

If you can respond to this question, it could make the different in my advancing to year 3. Maybe not, but it would at least help me understand if the curve used to lower my grades in my final exam, was a valid , appropriate use of the curve — in keeping with standards set for grade consistency accross student exam answers.

2. New world order will never promote a “just peace”, because Communist ideology was never and will never be peaceful. China and Russia place military modernization among their top political priorities.
3. Those three “key centers of influence” will establish strong political and economic ties to support their Communist regimes and their union, and effectively expand Communist ideology worldwide. Obama will pay his share in the union with advanced American scientific and military technologies.
4. The union has a future if Obama is re-elected in 2012 or another Democrat takes the Office.

Child molestation charges are distanced by most, for reasons plain as the daylight!

This case has a great many issues to consider dealing more with how both the judge and prosecution team has been conducting themselves.
