The first will be at Duke Law School, Rm. 3037, on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 12:15-1:30 (with commentary by Duke Professor Jonathan Anomaly).
The second is a book forum at the Cato Institute, on Wednesday, Nov. 6, noon to about 1:30 (with commentary by George Washington University political scientist John Sides, and John Samples of the Cato Institute).
