- Today at noon I’ll be at Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law to talk about “The Fable of Federal Environmental Regulation.”
- Next Tuesday, Feb. 2, at 4pm I’ll be debating the state role in environmental policy with Prof. Richard Pierce at the George Washington University School of Law
- Feb. 16 at noon I’ll be debating climate change policy with Michael Gerrard at Columbia University School of Law in NYC.
